Re-design in the City
Calling all designers who are interested in testing new design ideas and concepts in closed loop, circular economy and designing out waste.
This summer come and join us at Fab Lab London
The RSA Great Recovery and Fab Lab London are offering support and equipment time to help you develop new ideas. Your project must in some way contribute towards building a circular economy. Entry is free and is available throughout the summer. All we ask is that you write or make a film about your time at Fab Lab London. This is a brilliant opportunity for graduates and practising designers to test new skills on the machines at Fab Lab and learn more about how to design for circular systems.
You may have an existing project of your own, some great ideas that you want to prototype, or you may just want to come and help us with our existing work and tap in to the buzz of an Innovation Hub. If you are interested in taking up this opportunity and helping us to redesign the future, please email lucy.chamberlin@rsa.org.uk and tell us:
- What your project or idea is
- How you think it could contribute to building a circular economy
- Why the Fab Lab is an ideal space for you to be
- How many days you would like to come in
- What kind of materials you would (ideally) like to use

Successful applicants will have access to the FabLab workshop for a maximum of 10 days over the summer.
